Apple Pie Ala’ Mode
For you apple pie lovers try this delicious “Apple Pie Ala Mode Protein Smoothie”. There are many nutritional benefits to the ingredients I use in all the shakes. If you are not familiar with them I recommend you look them up and research/educate yourself on the benefits.
- 100ml Activia Low Fat Laban (can also use water, milk, almond milk…)
- 5oml Camels Milk
- 1/2 Apple Sliced
- 4 Walnut Halves
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 handful Ice
- 1 Slice of Ginger
- Optional 1tbl spoon of Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds (if you are using Chia Seed soak them in a little water for 5 min to get the Chia Gel)
- Optional add one capsule of probiotic
