Karrot Cake Kick Start
I love carrot cake; I have so many friends, clients and family members that love it. Despite the fact that is made with carrots its full of calories, carbs and fats that make you feel guilty afterwards. The carrots are also cooked so they lose most of their nutritional value.

- 75ml Activia Low Fat Laban
- 5oml Camels Milk
- 1/2 Large Fresh Carrot
- 5-7 Walnut Halves
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (optional)
- 1 Small Piece of Fresh Ginger
- 1 handful Ice
It takes less than 5 minutes to make. Toss everything into a blender or into a protein shaker and use a hand blender
