Berry Cheese Cake

Awe buddy I sure do love me some cheese cake; that amazing decadent taste of soft sweet creamy cheese, topped with ripe berries in a sugary sauce on a crumbly gram crust; yet I always feel guilty, heavy, bloated, sluggish, tired… after I have it. So here is a a great alternative for you cheese cake fans out there without the negative effects.  It takes less than 5 mins to make and indulge.

Berry Chees Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein
  • 100g of Russian Cottage Cheese ( Dry curd cottage cheese, low or non fat natural cottage cheese or goats cheese also works)
  • 1 Cup/Handful of Berries (be creative use any kind)
  • 100ml of Probiotic Laban (can also use camel, goat, cow, almond…milk or a new thing I recently read about that is all the craze in Japan; fresh breast milk…yuk)
  • 1tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Lemon Squeezed
  • 1tsp of Flax Seed or Chia Seed (I use both)
  • Optional top or mix in a small amount of organic muesli or granola
